Freed of London

A million years ago I got my very first pair pointe shoes when a shoemaker from Freed of London came to do shoe fittings at an Edmonton dance store. It was so exciting- you can't even begin to imagine (think first pair of skates for someone who lived for hockey). I still have that pair of shoes.

So imagine my surprise when we walked by the Freed building (office, warehouse, factory?) while walking down a street not far from our home. So cool. I heart London.
